These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them. The site is operated by Maun Aroma Private Limited (“Maun Aroma”).

Products and descriptions

We describe each fragrance — its notes, concentration and character — as accurately as we can. Fragrance is experienced differently by different people and on different skin; a description is not a guarantee of how a scent will perform for you. Colours and packaging may vary slightly between batches, as our compositions are made in small runs.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. A tax invoice is issued with every order.
• Prices and offers may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
• Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Cash on delivery is offered only on eligible lines and is not available for the Signature line.
• Discount codes never apply to the Signature line and cannot be combined unless stated.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, payment could not be verified, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Bandhan commissions

Bespoke Bandhan fragrances are made to order for a single client following consultation. They are non-returnable and non-refundable once the composition is approved and production begins. Specific commission terms, timelines and payment schedule are agreed in writing during the consultation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, disrupt service, or infringe our intellectual property. All content, brand names, the “मौन” wordmark, text and imagery are owned by Maun Aroma or its licensors.

Liability

Always read the label and ingredient list. Discontinue use if irritation occurs; a fragrance is for external use on skin or clothing only. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], [State].
